The Beijing Riviera Country Club has a broad range of indoor and outdoor facilities. These facilities include Western, Japanese and Chinese restaurants, a Business Center, Post Office, gym with sauna and Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, conference rooms, mini-supermarket, travel agency, beauty salon, Polo Bar, laundry service, tennis courts, a golf driving range, and skate park. We also cater to your special needs with the Resident Service Center's 24-hour a day hotline.
Additionally, a Clubhouse membership entitles you to use over 200 reciprocal clubs worldwide.

MEMBERSHIP TYPES AND FEES AS OF JANUARY 01, 2003
RESIDENT MEMBERSHIPS: Applies to all property owner s or renters of Beijing Riviera whose memberships have been accepted. Owned and issued in the name of the individual at or over the age of 21, their spouse and children under 21. All residents are charged a deposit of RMB 5,000 to be held until resignation and the clearing of all outstanding debts. This deposit can be made by cash, credit card, or by a letter of guarantee from your employer.
Monthly dues: US $ 145.00 per month per unit.*
* Monthly dues to be paid by owner if unit is vacant
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS (transferable): owned and issued in the name of an individual at or over the age of 21, not residing at Beijing Riviera.
Initiation: US $ 7,500.00 + monthly dues US $ 145.00.
Transfer fee: 10% of the current initiation fee at the time of sale, subject to Club approval
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS (transferable): owned and issued in the name of a corporation. Companies, partnerships, and unincorporated associations may apply to become corporate members.*
Initiation: (1) Nominee US $ 8,500.00 + monthly dues of US $ 145.00 / nominee
Initiation: (2) Nominee US $ 13,500.00 + monthly dues of US $ 145.00 / nominee
Initiation: (3) Nominee US $ 17,500.00 + monthly dues of US $ 145.00 / nominee
Initiation: (4) Nominee US $ 20,500.00 + monthly dues of US $ 145.00 / nominee

RE-INSTATEMENT of membership after suspension: US $ 100.00
RECIPROCAL POLICY: According to the rules and regulations, visitors to the Club are limited to 30 days total per year.
LOST CARD FEE: RMB 100 for each individual card replacement.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIPS given to guests of rental apartments for use during their stay: charges may be made to their room for food, beverage, guest fees, etc. This type of membership allows entrance to the Club and usage of Club facilities only, however, all additional charges at the Club (food, beverages, guest fees, etc.) must be paid for at the time of use.
GUEST FEES:
Adults: RMB 60 weekdays, RMB 120 weekends & holidays
Children: RMB 30 weekdays, RMB 60 weekends & holidays
