If you have school age children, your educational needs can be met at the Beijing Riviera compound with an international school on site. Dulwich College Beijing (DCB) is a non-denominational, co-educational school currently providing an international education in China for expatriate children aged 12 months to 14 years. In the 2005/2006 year DCB is offering places from Pre-School to Year 9. In the coming years the school will roll up year by year so that currently enrolled children have the opportunity to complete their IGCSE (Years 10 – 11) and IB diploma (Years 12 -13).

The Riviera Kindergarten is delightful with large, light filled classrooms, a library, art room, kitchen and playground and a convenient location close to the Beijing Riviera Clubhouse. DCB's current Riviera Main Campus houses Years 4 – 9 and features an impressive array of facilities including 10 large classrooms, a fully equipped science laboratory, a large library, music and art studios and a 3,000 square meter sports field complete with a football (soccer) pitch and running track. In August 2005 a new building will open adjacent to the Skate Park to house Years 1 – 3 with fully equipped classrooms, specialist laboratories, art and design studios, a library and ICT suites. DCB’s Early Years programme employs a Montessori curriculum for children 12 months to 6 years (Year 2). From Year 3 to 9 they will study the National Curriculum of England and Wales. Older students study for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and the International Baccalaureate (IB), preparing them for entry into top universities around the world.
